You can order online via our secured e-commerce system. Every order carefully wrapped and is sent in a box with the illustration made by me, so you can display your jewelry.
All the products featured are available and ready to be dispatched within 48 hours.
All our products are made bij hand after ordering, occasionally it is possible your product can not be shipped within 48 hours.
The unique character of the product implies that if the customer orders a quantity more than one, he/she needs to contact me about availability. And if this is so, the product(s) is made to order.
Shipping & costs
All the deliveries are made by the company Post NL. For deliveries abroad, the post of the country takes over once the package arrives in the country. Post NL offers a secured delivery service. The package is shipped in a small box and only send with a track and trace code. The price for deliveries within The Netherlands is € 4,00. If the order is more than € 200,- automatically appears: free shipping € 0,00.
The price for deliveries within Europe is € 15,-. The costs for deliveries abroad depend on the country of delivery.
At fun@witlofcreations.com advisors remain at your disposal from Monday to Friday to answer your questions and advise you in your purchases.
Returns
Customers have the right to return any item purchased on the site witlofcreations.com and request for a full refund for any item that they are not satisfied with providing that the request is received no later than 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, and if the following conditions are met.
Returned items must be accompanied with the return form send with the order, and goods must be in their original state and packaging. Orders send by the customer are under their responsibility and is advised to send it with a track and trace code.
